Becoming a Team Manager
Team Managers a vital part of every team at Arvada Hockey. They will oversee the operational aspects of the team and serve as the commnication director, maintain team finances, and act as the team liaison. The Team Manager coordinates all off-ice tasks and shares pertinent information with players, parents, and coaches. This enables the coaches to focus on player development and on-ice instruction to provide players a rewarding hockey experience.
The Team Manager cannot do it all and as such Team Managers should draw on the strengths and talents of the parents on the team to take on roles such as fundraising, videoing games, team treasurer to name but a few. Delegation is required to keep the team on-task throughout the season.
