Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Thanksgiving Mite Jamboree
Teams canceling their tournament registration 45 days prior to the tournament start date will receive a refund of their tournament registration fee minus $50 for administrative costs. Teams canceling their tournament registration less than 45 days prior to the tournament start date will not receive a refund.
AA Showdown
Teams canceling their tournament registration 45 days prior to the tournament start date will receive a refund of their tournament registration fee minus $50 for administrative costs. Teams canceling their tournament registration less than 45 days prior to the tournament start date will not receive a refund.
Ian Tuthill Memorial
Teams canceling their tournament registration 45 days prior to the tournament start date will receive a refund of their tournament registration fee minus $100 for administrative costs. Teams canceling their tournament registration less than 45 days prior to the tournament start date will not receive a refund.
8U/Mite Registration
AHA will issue a refund for the Registration Deposit to a player ONLY if the player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts or is officially rostered on a Tier I (AAA) team or a Varsity High School Team as of December 30 of the current season. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the AHA Board of Directors. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $100 administration fee, excluding Tier I (AAA) and Varsity High School teams.
Squirt MLK
Teams canceling their tournament registration 45 days prior to the tournament start date will receive a refund of their tournament registration fee minus $50 for administrative costs. Teams canceling their tournament registration less than 45 days prior to the tournament start date will not receive a refund. If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID-19, or teams are not permitted to travel during the stated tournament dates due to restrictions established by their state hockey associations, USA Hockey, or the federal government will be refunded their tournament costs in full.
AHA Winterfest
Teams canceling their tournament registration 45 days prior to the tournament start date will receive a refund of their tournament registration fee minus $50 for administrative costs. Teams canceling their tournament registration less than 45 days prior to the tournament start date will not receive a refund.
RMHF/Travel Team Registration
AHA will issue a refund for the Registration Deposit to a player ONLY if the player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts or is officially rostered on a Tier I (AAA) team or a Varsity High School Team as of December 30 of the current season.
