Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Select

Spring Select Program Tryout Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

8U/Mite Registration

AHA will issue a refund for the Registration Deposit to a player ONLY if the player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts or is officially rostered on a Tier I (AAA) team or a Varsity High School Team as of December 30 of the current season. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the AHA Board of Directors. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $100 administration fee, excluding Tier I (AAA) and Varsity High School teams.

RMHF/Travel Team Registration

AHA will issue a refund for the Registration Deposit to a player ONLY if the player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts or is officially rostered on a Tier I (AAA) team or a Varsity High School Team as of December 30 of the current season. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the AHA Board of Directors. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st.
